New York/Upper Connecticut Region
of the
United States Pony Clubs Inc.
2008
DOWNLOAD PAGE
Here's where to download forms or documents for our Region.
These are forms and other documents that are unique to NY/UC and our own needs. Some forms, such as Medical Releases, are also found on the USPC website, in the Forms section. Whether you download forms from the National site, or from this site, you are definitely going to need Adobe Acrobat , or more likely, Adobe Acrobat Reader . The Reader is a free download from Adobe Corporation. The current version is 7. If you have an earlier version, or for some reason don't have it at all, your first step is to click on the Adobe icon below then download and install a copy. Don't worry. It works on Macs as well as on PCs. It's a USPC standard and even the Internal Revenue Service has standardized on Adobe Acrobat. So do it.
Click on the Acrobat Reader icon NOW and get started.
Got Acrobat Reader installed? Good!!
